good morning san carlos. it's 50 for you. and in san francisco 50. half moon bay 5-mile visibility. really no problems there. and from our exploratorium camera you see the clouds. 52 he is airport. probably no delays. the winds will check newspaper the afternoon. petaluma slipping to 48 right now. and it is a cloudy start over in the livermore valley. temperatures have been running below average. that has kept afternoon highs mild in the inland valleys, but around the bay it has been quite breezy. so cool to mild for today. everyone is cloudy to start. we will see a chance of rain actually some sprinkles starting on thursday and continuing into next friday and next saturday. so as we take a look at our radar and satellite imagery. the high pressure is kind of stalled to the west of us. that allows for the foggy morning, the sunny averages, the moderate on shore push. and here's a system that will be dropping to the south. it's going to hang out around the oregon-california border. that will keep us cool tomorrow and tuesday. but it will disrupt the marine layer. then a secondary imp
