city council approved the ordinance last night. it requires stickers saying that carrying a phone on the pocket exceeds federal guidelines for radiation. >>> pg&e making emergency repairs to a gas pipeline in san carlosovides gas for 600,000 homes and businesses. several years, a former pg&e engineer questioned whether the pipeline was safe suggesting it could be another san bruno situation. >>> i'm kiet do. we are live in gilroy where a single car crash has left four people dead. this happened along leavesley road outside gilroy. the road was shut down for 6 hours but it is now back open. this after a tow truck went down the hill and pulled the wreckage back up to the road. it was a 1998 ford. this all began around 11 p.m. last night. the chp says the car was driving eastbound on leavesley and speeding, for some reason the driver louisiana control and skidded and rolled down the embankment and lost control and skidded. five people were in the car, three women two men under 30. everyone died except the driver. he was taken to regional medical center in san jose with nonlife-threatening injuries. he was unconscious at the time. we don't yet know if alcohol, drugs or distracted driver were a factor in
