san diego is a brisk 53 which is cold for san diego. we have flood advisory's out through friday for the west fork of the carson due to that snowmelt. look at the low down into southern california, sweater rather for the weather. 85 and in phoenix today 81 but tomorrow they will be 70 with the normal high of 92. we don't see this very often and very cool in las vegas at 54. this high pressure will build in and topple over to bring warmer weather today and tomorrow with another system coming in to settle land for a while. not much in the way of -- settle in for a while. not much in the way of rain and tomorrow will be the warmest day by far for a while. we have a cooling beginning on wednesday with a good punch and we will stick and stay all the way into the weekend and possibly beyond.>> wow, okay. >> a very cool spring so far. >>> it is 4:17 am. >>> the city of venetia says you may still see smoke coming from the refinery this week after the power outage last week that shut down the entire refinery that had to release chemical buildups
