you can see here through marin, napa and sonoma counties, that cold front begins to drop down. once it hits alameda, san franciscowe'll get stronger uplift. heavier downpours at 8:00 in the morning here through the central bay and then eventually the storm system hangs on by all accounts down through san jose and a little bit later than originally expect add the 10:00 in the morning and wet weather down to morgan hill as well. after we pass that, the chance of isolated thunderstorms through 1:30 in the afternoon and then we begin to slowly and gradually clear out by friday evening. rainfall totals haven't fluctuated too much from what we've been forecasting the past couple of days. as you'll see here, the south bay will be last on stop with the storm system. a lot of the heaviest moisture will be first in the north bay. you'll have higher tote lsa maybe half inch, .6 of an inch. from san francisco to livermore, .3 inches. .25 inches in san jose. cold air in place as well behind the cold front. enough moisture will be left that we'll get sierra snow. let's get a look at the late april snow totals. it's phenomenal

homeless people in the city and county of san francisco are suffering. the residents of city and county of san francisco including residents of my district, district 9, are bearing the bureaued, the brunt of this crisis. we believe that we have reached a state of emergency in the city around the issue of homelessness. and today, i'm introducing an ordinance that calls and outlines a time line for opening of additional navigational centers. this legislation takes the next step. of the ordinance that i'm introducing requires that the executive branch of this government build six additional navigation centers within the next 12 months. the first three of these centers must be built within the next four months. and i want to thank supervisors avalos and mar for their co-sponsorship of this item. as many of you know the navigation center that first opened and the only center that remains open in the city was opened by my office working with the hope office and the mayor's office in march of last year. that navigation center has been a success and a model for a
