san francisco and around the world are mourning the loss. i left my heart in san francisco first became an international hit at the fairmont hotel back in 1962fans say bennett was simply a singer and one of the very best . have an update now on a case of an elderly ice cream vendor who was robbed in the city of oakland. ctv's alice wertz shows us how hundreds of people came out to help and support last week in east oakland. the crime was horrific. two young males with guns approach an elderly man at his ice cream cart, turning out his pockets, stealing $120. this was the fifth time this year 80 year old don juan was robbed at his ice cream cart. the community was outraged. in one fell swoop, they came together. i don't understand what these people are thinking. these are elders. there's a level of respect in our elders are never, ever to be touched. the alameda county fire department car clubs and members of the community, hundreds showed up to buy out all of don juan's ice cream, demonstrating anything is possible. so i'm very happy how the community came and supported, you know, the community is very diverse. and i'm super excited to help
