that organization plus the naacp san francisco chapter plus marman's family will be here today aroundto deliver those signatures. it was about a month and a half ago that marman was arrested. he was on a flight out of sfo back to college in albuquerque when u.s. officials asked him to pull up his sagging pants. and according to his attorney, he actually his hands full at the time couldn't pull up his pants and said i'll do it when i get to my seat. there was a fight between the pilot and marman. marman was removed from the plane and arrested on battery of a police officer, resisting arrest and trespassing. now, the d.a. never officially charged marman. but "colorofchange" and the naacp said that marman's arrest is a clear case of racial profiling. they point to the fact that just a couple of days after marman was arrested, u.s. airways allowed a white male dressed in women's lingerie to fly on u.s. airways without any issue. u.s. airways has responded by saying that marman was not arrested for the sagging pants but because he actually refused to follow instructions. they have yet to r
