at this time, i'll move to item 11, the san francisco peninsula rail program executive steering committee update. the chair will present this item. >> good morning, directors. i'm pleased to be here to provide an update on our peninsula rail working group. and i will appreciate project director helping me here and there as needed, but we've been making great progress. it's been a lengthy update this month because we didn't update you last month. but the main item that we have been working on has been our work plan. thank you so much for approving the last couple of items which will benefit us greatly in our work. so as you recall, the efc has been charged with developing the more detailed plan with the m.o.u. this spring and we've been engaged in the phasing study and operations study as early work tasks in in addition to finalizing the work plan. next item. and so this work plan has been vetted by the integrated project management team which is compromised of the six agencies director level, deputy level experts. and they have been looking at each of the tasks, tying them back to the m.o

can see it's going to start to move more south and we're seeing parts of san francisco going to be covered even parts of the peninsula as well like pacific i'm south san francisco in s f o and then by lunchtime it looks like the entire bay area will be under the shower activity so your east bay zone south zone covered peninsula and of course your north bay, the yellow coloring on your screen that his pockets of heavy showers. so we're going to be seeing that the greens a little bit lighter and then when you see the orange coloring that's even a more intense, so you're going to want to have the rain boots, the rain jacket today and of course an umbrella by 5 o'clock it looks like things to lighten up a little bit across the north bay, the bulk of the shower activity will be on the peninsula and our east bay zone and throughout the entire south as it moves to further towards of the valley areas and then tonight things will taper off just a bit however, we still are going to see windy conditions so keep that in mind and then wednesday, it's going to be much lighter than what we're seeing today, but you still want to hav
