we are getting a little bit of a break throughout the san francisco peninsula this afternoon. >> thanks to that marine layer. it is pretty stubborn, especially along our beaches. but better clearing, as you make your way in london. we are tracking cooler temperatures along the san francisco peninsula coastline as a result. everyone else seeing anywhere from 5 to upwards of 10 degrees of warming out there. livermore 87 degrees dublin. also in the mid 80's thinks that double digit warm up right there. oakland 69 degrees with widespread 70's for most of the north bay. but novato even warmer than that. currently at 84 degrees. so warmer air mass today and that trend is going to continue all weekend long. even through your labor day monday when trucker for tracking some northerly winds, pretty breezy throughout downtown san francisco, 20 miles per hour sustained winds are less everyone else in the single digits or teens this afternoon and don't forget rock out this weekend but make sure to do it safely. bottle rock napa valley festival kicks off today and it's going to continue all weekend l

so then those of you in the east bay and even the southern parts of the san francisco peninsula. we'll start to see some very light scattered spotty showers still drive for those of you in the south bay, but by around 2, 3 o'clock in the morning. that's when the storm is really going to start to dry out and fizzle out as it starts to make its way out of the south bay. but just really tracking about a 10th of an inch of rain or less pretty rare for the month of september. and we're seeing those high storm clouds overhead city hall lit up in blue this evening. and thanks to that blanket of storm clouds were actually still in the 60's for most of the bay area low to mid 60's half moon bay in the upper 50's as his temper on. but we are going to notice the warmer air mass continuing even for your overnight temperatures as well. upwards of 11 degrees of warming. for those of you in novato. thanks to that blanket of high clouds and overnight lows tonight, dipping in the low 60's for most of our inland valleys in the east bay and south bay mid to upper 50's along the coast. and as you ca
