history and indeed is a bit tarnished and has plenty of opportunity and i say that as the port of san francisco city and situated cities and place around the state grapple with infrastructure challenges. the port of san francisco that will hear from shortly from mr. mike martin, has been exploring the opportunity for revitalization at fisherman's wharf in and around pier 45 that had infrastructure challenges and business challenge this is is at the heart of the celebrated wharf. the fisherman's wharf llc has been in front of the port commission on a couple of occasions commission and staff a minirequest for proposals and today, i brought with you with the support of the mayor resolution exempting from the competitive bidding process, the proposal from pier 45, which if passed by the board of supervisors would authorize negotiations between fisherman's wharf and the port of san francisco which would will flult this board reviewing the negotiating agreement and approve it itself as well as steps along the way there are plenty of opportunity for public input and plenty of opportunity for over site

i lead the project management office at the port of san francisco i will actual about the water front parks therapy funded boy the 2008 and 12 bond. so all of our parks that were funded by the 2008 bond of complete. you see the 2012 funded projects 2 are complete. the crews term until commolest in the september of 2047 and had crane cove p funded by 2008 and the 2012 billioned and this is all complete. the park opened in september 2020 and remaining components that were commolest in the august of 2022. we have 2 projects in design or environmental review. vista park delivered part of the mission bay ferry building it has been delayed due to funding issues that are being resolved. we expect to complete other vista park based on mission bay schedule in 2026. the reason that the park is tieed mission ferry landing schedule is the park area is land side a jayce uponent to the ferry term until and part used for construction. foolish of us to dot p before we use it for construction staging. the other one in design is pier 27 public art. that there is i panel revowing the artist applications
