on july 1st, the san francisco public utilities commission crews completed the cut over of the electrical systems serving the existing residential neighborhood to be fed from the new switch yard as we've discussed previously, this should greatly reduce the outages in the residential area by protecting it from faults that occur elsewhere in the old navy system. we also had two outages in june and april that were attributed to palm trees near the gymnasium. so on monday of this week, we had those palm trees removed to prevent a recurrence of those outages. the delivery of new transformers for the residential neighborhood is now scheduled for october due to manufacturing delays with the supplier. the cfd debt issuance, we anticipate posting the preliminary statement this week and closing on the bond sale in mid august. proceeds will be used to reimburse eligible cost and support cash flow for continuing work in the sub phase three area. on the housing front, the bristol filed their premarketing plan on june 30th. this lines us up for the issuance of a premarketing notice in mid august and po

this past year, the san francisco public utilities commission water quality division started receiving many more requests to test for lead in the public school system here in san francisco as a result of legislation that had passed from the state requiring all of the public schools to do lead testing. and so as a result, the public utilities commission and the water quality team in particular was asked to meet with the san francisco unified school district to begin to prioritize which schools to test to meet that state mandate. >> the team that tests, we're a full service environmental laboratory, and we take care of both the needs of the water quality division and the waste water enter price. and on the water quality enterprise, we have to also have drinking water that meets all federal and state quality regulations. and lead in schools, we're playing a problem in remediating this problem of lead in schools. >> our role here in communications is being able to take the data that we have that we know is protective of public health and safety and transmit it, give it to the public in a w
