i am the vice chair for the area that was under the san francisco redevelopment. we have worked with the san francisco redevelopment agency but the project area community working with them. if you look up there at the community room, this space that we have in this building was the office that he had in this building and i am requesting that we not be moved out of this building because we have still unfinished projects in this community that really need to be developed. if you move all of our documents downtown or put it in storage, that means that we have got to start all over again. whether i am here or anyone from the project area committee is here or any of you are here, the documents needed to be where they are easily accessible. i would like to request that some special consideration be given to the project area committee so that we can maintain our space. no, we don't have any money but look, we have done a lot of service here. i know that this is the way that you can work it to where you could have space. it is just one room and i hope that you will look at

unfortunately, due to the disillusion of the san francisco redevelopment agency, the funding has been called into question. the mayor has stated on several occasions that the city is going to do what is necessary to make sure that project moves forward and we have a police substation on 6th street. final slide, to implement this, we going to rely on community engagement and mobilize volunteers. we have regular meetings out in the community where we great people attending. if you are interested in attending i'll add you to the mailing list. we have a c.d.c. that meets regularly. we're going to them and keeping them abreast of our progress. there are several funding strategies identified in that document. there is unfortunately no dedicated, single dedicated funding stream for central market, but the mayor has directed department heads to include funding for their activities designated in this report in their 2012-2013 budget request. there are ideas on how we can leverage existing funding sources to make some of this work a reality. finally, we're striving for continuous improvement on

but we have learned with the redevelopment workers giving laid-off is including in proposition c is a clause getting rid of reciprocity, so public workers from san francisco could not transfer out and keep their health care benefits and their pension. workers to transfer in from other public agencies would not be able to use reciprocity. this is a serious attack on public workers. the cost did say with the board of supervisors you can accept reciprocity from the supervisors. this raises serious questions. why would the board and the mayor supports a ballot initiative, and specifically a consensus about initiative, that a tax the benefits of public workers throughout the state? who messed up? who forgot to read it? we complain about other legislators who passed legislation that have not even read. apparently in san francisco we have the same thing happening. our supervisors are not reading their own legislation the present before the public. secondly, there is a system now of retaliation against muni drivers for raising sexual- harassment, and osha complaints about the state of the buses. you voted $60 million for the tunnel, but the buses are falling apar
