san francisco. concord a high of 71 degrees. livermore is at 74 and 73 in santa cruz. right now with some of those clouds moving over downtown san francisco, sanjose, 53. half moon bay in the upper 40s. we are looking at santa rosa at 50. 57 fairfield and hayward 51 degrees. he a look at the forecast highlights. cloud overnight. partly cloudy day on monday. showers likely by the lat are part of our workweek. lows with the clouds overhead, a little warmer but not as cold as last night. we'll go mid to low 40s in the north and east bay locations. antioch overnight, 44 degrees. santa rosa, 40 for you. we'll keep the low clouds near santa cruz, 42 degrees. here is the setup. high pressure will give us a terrific weekend and back off a little bit tomorrow. that is going to allow more high clouds to sink in. all of it means the temperatures come down a few degrees. what we are keeping a close eye is an area of low pressure. it looks impressive but by the time it gets here it will fall apart. we will look for a chance, few sprinkles and maybe just a light shower as we head into tuesday and mainly in the north bay. then another system that will be fli

francisco is families. 70 percent of the families are in the twin peaks areas. there's a much greater change of stopping the slide of families moving out of san francisco san francisco. this is the thoughts of with they wanted to do is overall those people a little bit of different kind of living a place where you could go out in front of your house and play ball. this project should be approved. some of the schools have been detracked in san francisco and that's a direct effect from families we're losing. what happens on the east see of the town we have buses that go down to the peninsula and that's not the situation here. the demographic you're going to have here is the same people 40 years ago that didn't want it today. i've been here 90 for 5 generations. we need this opportunity to take the 34 housing units to keep people here. we're not going to have many opportunities. we need to pickup whatever we can pickup and something that's identical to what's there. you're looking for something that's capable with the neighborhood. my in-laws grew up on crestmont. there's nothing that the new development and the old development doesn't have. please approve this develop

san francisco. and everybody who has conspired with us to make this happen. it's a great day for san francisco. i think often about the fact that one of the things that makes san francisco unique is that we can have a wonderful manufacturing company here making real products. tied to being the center of innovation. and they do it in a way that is very innovative. and here we are in a neighborhood that is a bustling neighborhood of technology and biotech with ucsf up the street. it's a pleasure to be a san franciscans in this day and age. in terms of our project, we are very excited about the fact that anchor represents the first major tenant and the kick-start to our mission rock project. to us it's the perfect partnership. we have been around a while, 1958. but that pales in comparison to anchor. 1896. as keith mentioned they are long-time partners with the giants back to candlestick park days. and anchor plaza was launched in 2010. and we won that year. and so we are going with a team that helps us win baseball games as well. this project is interesting in that it's about 20% of the total square footage. 20% of the total size of the project and 5% of the tot
