super bowl are people unwilling to change the zoning of san francisco, unwilling to let san francisco build up and create a more new york-looking skylinessue which is that i reject the notion that cities shouldn't negotiate aggressively for its residents. i hear the same from the housing developers that we shouldn't ask for more and they won't build in the city and come to san francisco. the same as the host committee. last year i was able to negotiate two major housing deals where we won 40% after developers said 10 or 15% would prevent them from building at all. this is about making sure we are negotiating and fighting for the residents to make sure this is a city that includes everybody. >> let me ask one last question. mayor on ed lee said the homeless would have to leave the street for the super bowl. is that right? >> the mayor did say that earlier this sumer. i should add to the statistic that was mentioned, a third of homeless are children between the ages of 5 and 17. this is a moral and ethical issue not just for san francisco, but cities across the nation. one last thing i will say is that san francisco will make millions of
