the spca is offering a $1,000 reward to find the man. >>> well, there's a cruiseship in san franciscohis morning. but this one did not bring any passengers. in fact, we're watching it live. there it is right there. this is a live picture in san francisco in the bay right now. now this morning, bay area workers will start repairs on the carnival splendor. you remember that name? that is the ship that was stranded off the coast of southern california for three days after an onboard engine fire last year. nearly 4500 passengers and crew members went without running water, electricity or hot food last november. now the repair work could take about a month. >>> in just a few hour, a stretch of san francisco's great highway will be shut down for clean-up work. city crews will close the highway between lincoln way and slow boulevard. very busy section. so be aware, traffic will be diverted between 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 a.m. today through friday. crews will remove the sand that has shifted onto the beach. and they'll trim trees on the highway. we're going to have an live update on the great hi
