a shooting massacre in san jose. good afternoon, everyone. raj is just a block from where that happened. this is a live look at the bta rail yard which is filled with police officers, sheriffs deputies, firefighters. those people arriving there this morning after shotting broke out a little after 6:30 morning. eight people were dead, one person is in critical condition at valley medical center and the gunman is also dead. again, unfolding around 6:30 this morning police receiving 911 calls with reports of gunfire at that rail yard. turns out the sheriffs office, the police department just a block away from that. they arrived. they found seven people dead at the scene. one person in critical condition later died at valley medical hospital. and another person, that person still alive. he's at valley medical center. just a short while ago, scott budman spoke briefly to that person's parents. they were distraught. this is the man that police say killed all those people, a vta employee. >> right. nine victims. 8 have died. one in critical conditio
