kiet do reports from san jose police headquarters. >> reporter: san jose police had been saying publicly they did not know the whereabouts of habib rabbi. he is the older son and police had just wanted to talk to him. it turns out police had been tracking him for some time and they did so. we got word that officers are working this case out of tracy. the son has now been arrested somewhere in the central valley. it has been a long tense week at the home on lucas court in the evergreen neighborhood of san jose. friends and family discovered golam and shamima rabbi had been shot dead after trying to contact them for days. those who got pay good look inside the crime scene saudis sunshining taunting messages written in black marker all over the floors and walls describing it as pure evil. late on tuesday our cameras captured a glimpse of the evidence with a chunk of drywall that said, quote, take care of your brother or he's next. it was apparently a message to the family's youngest son. we are expecting san jose police to finally give us more details about this case today. but thanks to so
