this is san jose this morning. if you are with us the past couple of mornings, this camera shot was basically unusable. we couldn't see anything out of it. but we are seeing a much better view this morning. visibility is great out there in the south bay. it is chilly 43 degrees. now. that's not to say there isn't fog because we are dealing with fog around highway four concord right now down to half a mile, a half a mile in santa rosa. but you look around the bay shoreline and we are doing so much better this morning. ten miles in oakland. that's the best it can get when it comes to visibility. ten at sfo. nearing that in san carlos and mountain view. so we do have patchy fog out there. we do have a dense fog advisory. it does include the bay shoreline. i'm not seeing fog developing around here just yet. we'll watch it, but it keeps the dense fog advisory in effect until noon today. it's really the north bay and parts of the east bay around highway four that are dealing with the fog this morning. so here's the fog f

we'll see some high clouds moving across 69 in san jose, 64 palo alto, 60 in napa and upper 50s to low 60s. half moon bay to san francisco. rainfall. we have been telling you, it's not just one, but two different storm systems back to back here that are goingo be hitting us. and it looks like that second one, by the time we get to saturday, is going to have an atmospheric river tying in. and that's that subtropical moisture boost that's going to help to really take a moderate storm and bring it up to the strong level. so rainfall on this, we have started to see the timeline speed up. so by 8 p.m. tomorrow we've got some rain around guerneville and santa rosa. then this will quickly begin to sweep some of the initial rainfall down towards the peninsula and east bay by 1030. and then what we would see happen is this storm system really begin to hit us there as we head through thursday morning and kick out of here by thursday afternoon and evening. and then we've got that next one lining up a we head through friday just offshore. now with that atmospheric river. looks like it's going to r
