this is the second safe parking site to open in that city earlier this year, san jose started banning rv's in 30 designated areas like near schools and waterways. san francisco city leaders are cracking down on open air drug markets. more than 100 people have been arrested around a place that's become known. zombie park kron four's terisa stasio has that story. >> mayor addressing this latest effort to come back the drug market in san francisco that has grown and plagued the city last week. 86 people were arrested and charged with a wide range of offenses including being the possession of a controlled substance as well as selling narcotics. this is video that undercover sting operation in jefferson park near city hall. the operation was in response to community outcry about open air drug markets growing in that area. and now this this morning, the mayor sharing details of another late night sweep targeting drug dealers in the city. the mayor and police chief are calling the operations a success. >> we have to do better and we are sending a message that whether you're on 6th street dea
