san jose. kimberly terry has a look at the rallies and the counter protests of the tea party. hello, kimberly. >> hello, diane. we're waiting for marchers to arrive here at san jose city hall. they headed out about an hour ago after holding a gathering there. it's about a 3 1/2 mile march to san jose city hall where they will hold another rally here. this is one of hundreds of rallies taking place across the nation today. i want to show you some video from a san francisco rally held earlier today. this tradition started well over a century ago. really took off in just the last several years. protesters say they're calling for an end to that criminalization of undocumented immigrants and also calling for protection of workers' rights. one of the organizers of san jose's rally says they are specifically voicing their opposition to recent efforts in wisconsin and also ohio to strip collective bargaining rights away. while the issues do not specifically impact workers, they don't want to stand in solidarity with the union worker since he says a majority of the immigrants make up the largest unions. >> fight for and voice our concerns that immigrants and workers are under attack
