san jose 56. last time i looked about 10 minutes ago at the web camera from san jose state's meteorologist department. it did look mostly clear over san jose, but that fog can come in pretty fast. no doubt about it, fairfield, i hang my hat on that, sea breeze, when it gets over 20, that's a pretty good sign the delta breeze will make it even vacaville west at six. napa at the airport, oakland airport, sfo. combination of the two equals cooler. as that system moves in, it'll be today and tomorrow and as that ushers itself out, once you get into august and september, watch for high pressure to come in behind that and give us a quick warmup. that looks like what will happen later in the week. but a couple of days of a cooldown here and a bigger fog bank and it has no problem clearing those coastal hills today, so low clouds, cool and breezy. fog, sun, 50s, 60s along the coast, inland 70s and some 80s, but the delta breeze along with that low cloud bank equals cooler conditions today, especially way from the coast. by the coast not too much of a change. 50s, 60s for those areas close to the coast and bay, and then upper 70s and
