sot pat lopes harris/san jose state university standup closer r a high school teacher at santa teresa high school in san jose has been arrested for an alleged sexual relationship with a student. 32-year-old trudy hill has been charged with sexual assault with a minor and oral copulation. she has been place on leave from her job as an english teacher. the investigation began about 10 days ago when the school district received an email about an alleged relationship with a 17-year-old male student. hill surrendered to the san jose police department yesterday where she posted bail and was released. kron4 spoke with students this morning about the arrest. all the latest happened in a san jose state university classroom building. matt keller is on campus. matt? >> this is scary. all three incidents took place in the middle of the afternoon in broad daylight, the latest happened here at duncan hall. police say the female victim was in a stairwell, suspect sexually battered her and took off up the stairs in his 20s with black spikey hair and dark pants and a navy blue backpack. two days earlier on monday, another incident being classified as sexual battery, police released surveillance photos of the suspect, where he sexually battered the woman in the constitute union. the two are not connected. the third sexual battery was reported november 30, and the mercury news said a woman said she was assaultd by a man while walking down the northeast stairs of the hall. university police officers are asking for tips. all students can come to one of the phones here and contacts contact police. >> disturbing. >> this morning, united states military bases in the middle east have another reason to be on high alert. >> jessic
