okay the official ahmed, but nafta san jose state university .preciate the time and the insight as always. good to see you, my friend. thank you. all right. well, we got a break from the rain here in the bay area today was just gorgeous. with all that sunshine is gorgeous, but i appreciated the rain mark. we've been talking so much about the drought. obviously this will make a little slight little dent in what we're seeing in terms of an under under reporting or not a whole lot of wet weather that we've seen here in the bay area. yeah, i kind of equate it to take it a drive across country and you just left and we were just basically just leaving the neighborhood in terms of iranian terms of iranian season, so it's a great start, right? but we have a we have a long way to go so hopefully, things will actually continue over the next few weeks. in fact, we do have another rain chance as we head into the weekend. quick update on the tropics. amazing that's november. we're still talking about the tropical activity just within the past couple of hours.
