who committed suicide in his dorm room last year are filing a wrongful death suit against san jose state universitygns just hours before brandon tiggs death. he showed up drunk to his dorm the night before. two resident advisors recognized him and let him in. campus police also showed up and advised him to seek campus counseling but the suit claims they never directed him to mental health services and the ra's never followed up to check in on his welfare. the school has not commented on that lawsuit. >>> despite a big push by the federal government, new numbers out today shows there has been little change in the number of children taking part in early education programs. the obama administration has made prekindergarten programs a center piece of its education roll city dedicating more than $-- education policy dedicating more than $1 billion to it. it also found big differences among the states. while some had expanded their programs, ten states had no program at all. early education is widely recognized as a critical component to headache sure children of all backgrounds are successful in school.
