(mark) the man accused of a mass killing at an oakland university will be sentenced today. 48-year-old one goh killed seven people at oikos university in 2012. prosecutors say he dropped out of oikos several months before the shooting and wanted his tuition refunded. he pleaded "no contest" back in may. goh's plea deal calls for him to spend the rest of his life in prison without the possibility of parole. his sentencing is at 9:30 this morning in oakland.
