well of art in san leandro. word of the subject who was wielding a machete in the street and exposing himself at the same time 2 small children. this call came in via 911. from residents in the neighborhood that we're reporting it as it was taking place. our officers were dispatched to the scene. arrived to that location within minutes of the 911 call. and they in fact observed the individual who's described as a 56 year-old this panic mail. with a machete in his hand. additional officers arrived on scene and they attempted to negotiate reason with the individual. they tried several methods of communication to make contact with them to reason with them in order for him to drop the machete and come towards the officers so they can continue to investigate the call that they were dispatched to that location for the individual refused to comply with the officers and in had made statements part officers arriving on scene that he had intense too armed police officers if they arrived, and that he would not cooperate wi
