(grant) tonight an arrest has been made...after a 74 year old woman found murdered in her cupertino home. this is the suspect -- suzanne hernandez....of los gatos. investigators say the motive behind the murder is not known. but it does ánotá appear the victim and suspect know each other. the suspect is currently being held without bail... she is scheduled to be arraigned wednesday afternoon.
