san mateo police got calls for those dogs on the loose 9:30 yesterday morning.bulls were attacking a landscaper and he was using a leaf blower to fend off the animals. and he clawed and bit at the door of a police cruiser and a woman suffered puncture wounds on her arms and legs and she's at the hospital. the department put out a statement about what happened and they said in part we're saddened that the vicious actions of these animals forced our officers to take defense actions for the state of the public. the owner is cooperating with investigators, we're told today and is very remorseful about what took place. >> what a story. thank you. >>> the time is now 6:33, meantime san francisco police are investigating claims that an officer tried to dump a disabled man out of his wheelchair. here is some cellphone video of the incident, it happened in visitation valley. you're seeing what we're seeing. the officers were on regular patrol when they noticed people in a heated argument. as they talked to the people, a man rolled across the street. an officer yelled at
