( james ) and the eel fire is the third fire burning in mendocino county... the other two fires have formed t mendocino complex that is threatening several locations in mendocino and lake counties. here is a look at exactly where those fires are burning this morning. so far they have combined to burn more than 80-thousand acres and forced the evacuation of several communities in and around lakeport. this is some of the latest video of that fire. so far 7

( will )a man who fled the country after allegedly killing a 6-year-old girl while street racing in menlo park in 2009 has been arrested, police said today. shannon steven fox was wanted in connection with the death of lisa xavier in a collision at the intersection of willow road and bayfront expressway on the afternoon of nov. 12, 2009. a street race between two vehicles ended when one of them ran a red light and crashed into a car carrying xavier and her mother. the young girl died the next day and her mother was seriously injured. surveillance footage showed the driver of the car that caused the crash then exited and got into the other car involv

( james ) in the east bay... police in contra costa county are asking for help figuring out how a woman died after her body was found in a canal nearly a month ago. 25 year old kreonna smith went missing on july 16th... four days later her body was found floating in the contra costa water district canal. her body had been in the water for several days. the sheriff's office dive team got her out...and took the body to the coroner...but they still do not know how s
