let me give you an example of a retailer that delivers hardware across san mateo and san francisco counties in. right now, the san francisco version of the business has the bulk of its payroll in the city and spends some of its payroll expense in san mateo county in deliveries but are responsible for paying a lot of their gross receipts in san francisco. the only thing apportioned out is their payroll cut. when we moved to gross receipts, because they are selling tangible property, you also have their sales. if they are selling high value things outside their city, they get to deduct that from their gross receipts. and their share of total gross receipts is likely to go down as a san francisco-based company. take the san mateo company that is doing the same thing. they have enough deliveries into san francisco that they have a nexus so that we can tax them. right now, there would be paying a small amount because a small amount of their payroll is happening in their series if they are delivering into the city, there would be apportioning a bigger share of things in. by introducing an apporti

around 7:30 tonight, trips the severe thunderstorm warning for the northern half of san mateo county. it was in cell right here that dropped right here. that dropped the dime-sized and grape-sized hail that comes down quickly. you get a storm that starts to rotate. and it supports a stronger updraft. it takes piece of hail and tosses them up in the sky. and it can support a piece of hail the weight of a dime or a grape. we can get an estimate on the hail size. we saw hail as big as golf balls coming down in stronger cells earlier this afternoon, out to the east of livermore. you see the main event is over towards san jose. look at offshore here. lots of lightning coming on in. santa cruz, towards salinas. this area will have to be watched. it's not out of the question, there could be possibly a brief waterspout with some of the more intense thunderstorms that are rolling in to monterey bay here in an hour aeroso. you can see the cold air that will come sweeping on in. this is the pattern for tomorrow. tonight, it's more like the great plains in the bay area. the strong jet stream out
