all five of the homicides in san mateo county this year have been linked to domestic violence. but i think this issue is worth treating, like the emergency that it is. and we do not want to see not one more violent, not one more death because of domestic violence in our community. the murder of 49 year old grace murray kelly is the most recent case. investigators found her earlier this month, shot to death in her home. her boyfriend, aubrey avery, was arrested and charged in the killing. when i found out it was really shocking. i was upset. you know, i was shocked. my family, my grandma and my dad that was in the home when it took place. they were also upset as well. the county's goal is to create a network of services providing resources and a path out for survivor hours. the task force is also actively recruiting survivors who have lived experience with domestic violence. campbell police located a missing elderly man with the help of drone technology. police say the man is 84 years old and suffers from dementia and alzheimer's. he was reported missing around 1130 tuesday nigh
