the victim told police he was sitting near san pablo and ashby avenues when a man unexpectedly attackedhim. the victim was slashed across the forehead and on his arm. he told police the attack was unprovoked and the man just ran away after it happened. the suspect is described as a white man around five foot six inches tall with a medium build and blonde spiked hair. the man arrested for a kidnapping in vallejo that made national headlines... is expected to plead guilty. matthew muller was arrested for assaulting denise huskins and her boyfriend aaron quinn... last march at their mare island home. after the assault... muller allegedly raped huskins and held her for ransom before releasing her two days later. vallejo police accused the couple of faking the kidnapping. but weeks later... muller was arrested after a home invasion in dublin... and police linked him to the vallejo kidnapping. tomorrow... he is expected to enter a guilty plea. quinn and huskins are currently suing vallejo police for the handling of their case. antioch police are combing the streets looking for a missing teena
