"those numbers contributing to a larger number. a record high one-day increase of cases here in california. now take a look at this, nearly 4,000 cases reported on saturday alone. the highest total since april 1st and is a 22% increase. california also reported over 1,000 confirmed covid-19 patients are currently in intensive care. all 288 employees were tested after an initial case was reported here at the plant on june 8th. thereafter several workers tested positive in the following days. now a spokesperson for the waste management plant here says a majority of those workers that did test positive do not have direct interaction with customers although
