san francisco. incredibly warm. >> temperatures close to 8 # degrees in san francisco. well into the 80s for oakland. 90s farther inland. it's this heat dome camped out off the west coast. high pressure in the upper levels of the atmosphere means there is more atmosphere pressing down. now, we have one more day to go in the weather pattern before the storm system that's way over the pacific is going to get close enough to push it out of the way. that area of low pressure is actually going to send clouds into the bay area just not without any chance of rain. not exactly a surprise. the winds offshore for the most part. they are not all that strong. most of the gustier wind through the central valley. it's dry. we have that red flag warning that continues for solano county through 11:00 a.m. tomorrow. looking at futurecast humidity, the humidity levels are about the lowest they are going to be. tonight those humidity levels aren't going to recover a lot. they will climb to around the 25 to 40% range for inland parts of napa county, solano county and 30% to 40% of contra costa county. that's not critically low in terms of fire threat. we are not talking about the same five to ten percent last week. so lighter winds, not as dry air. that's a better combination but it's something we have to watch for about the next 24 hours. the warm temperatures continuing. you see the breeze trying to bring cooler air into san francisco. it hasn't happened yet. 77 degrees in the city with 85 degrees in oakland and temperatures farther inland are flat out hot. 92 in san jose. it's 69z96 in concord. 98 livermore. new record high temperatures being set today. temperatures will back down into the dubs watch party for the 6:00 tip. 70 degrees. still at that point even in san francisco clear skies overhead, a light breeze. looks pleasant out there. nice for the giants game as well. temperatures drop off past sunset this owevening. temperatures tonight above normal. most of us in the upper 50s and low 60s. low 50s on the coast. upper 60s farther inland for solano county, eastern contra costa county and tomorrow's temperatures are going to be hot inland once again. low-to-mid 90s inland in the north bay, mid-90s for santa clara. temperatures around the bay and along the coast not quite as warm because of onshore breeze will kick in in the afternoon. mid-60s on the coast, low 70s in san francisco. touching 80 degree
