we're here surrounded by sandbags. them are quite heavy depending on how weak or strong you are. these sandbags are great for blocking water that may come into your property. just a little bit of light rain. we know that more heavier rain is on the way. it was sprinkling earlier this morning ore in east palo alto where the city has designated sandbag pick up locations including this one on university avenue. city initials are concerned because of the major flooding that took place when a storm hit in december of 2012. it crested and waters over ran the levees. with rain hitting overs next few days, the city is preparing storm drains, streets, and the pump station. crews are on stand by around the clock to handle any situations that might arise. there are 23 locations in the south bay where you can pick up sandbags for free prefilled ones can be found on embarcadero where we are. now they are also available on gold and kathryn street. in san jose there are three locations. corporation yard, the central service yard, and
