abc seven news meteorologist andy patel is here with what's coming. hi, sandhya. >> hi, there. yeah, we do have some showers coming our way, but we don't have to worry about it being a washout for the weekend. it's a level one system that is over the pacific heading in our direction. it is already sending us westerly swell. beach hazards statement is up tonight at 9:00 until 9 a.m. saturday. breakers up to 14ft. it becomes a high surf advisory tomorrow morning until monday night, as those breakers build up to 19ft. so here's a view from our santa cruz camera. and the surf is rough, so be careful if you're going to be at the coast now, make sure you have your umbrellas if you have saturday night plans, because we're going to see some scattered showers moving in late tomorrow night and then continuing heading into your sunday afternoon. uh- we will see the possibility of thunder as well. i'll be back with a full look at the forecast to let you know how the rest of the weekend is shaping up in just a few minutes. >> dan okay, sandy, thanks very much. all right. coming up here, we'

abc seven news meteorologist sandhya patel is here with a look at when these showers will arrive. sandhya. >> tomorrow morning, dan and they're going to be really spotty. they're not going to be an all day event right now. dan, as we take a look at a live picture from our mount tam cam, you can see a lot of clouds out there. here's a look at live doppler seven. clouds are stacked up, but the showers are still off the coastline. looking at the wider perspective here. this system is not going to produce a whole lot, but it will be enough to just dampen the ground tomorrow morning. not at the commute time, but around 9 a.m. so as the commute is underway later on in the morning, we'll see a spotty showers continues at 11 a.m, and then in the early afternoon, it's still going to be a little bit on the drizzly side. this is just the start of an unsettled pattern. i'll be back with a full look at the forecast coming right up. dan. >> okay, sandhya, thanks a lot. touch base in a minute. you can track the wet weather this week using the same live doppler seven tools that sandhya and the ent
