let's check in with meteorologist sanjay patel, now sandia. yeah christians, so the conditions are actually favorable for the firefighters to get the upper hand. let me show you a live view from our east bay hills camera. you can see some of that smoke right now from that fire. as we take a look at the current conditions, it is 70 degrees, relative humidity, 59. it is a little breezy westerly to 16, but a west wind transports higher humidity, and it's not super gusty just yet, as you take a look at the hourly forecast, it's still going to be breezy the next few hours, so hopefully they can make some progress pretty quickly. now if you look at the air quality in the surrounding area, it's good to moderate, so we're not seeing major impacts from that fire, but localized sure that smoke could be causing some issues as you look at the winds and the surrounding areas, it is certainly stronger in places like san francisco, where it's 29 miles an hour, but oakland right now reporting 16 mile an hour winds, so hopefully the crews get an upper hand on
