we will go to sandy patel for the latest on wind conditions. >> let's look at conditions. it is hot, 98 degrees. humidity 26%. still dry there. winds are gusting at 12 miles an hour. it will be gusty and not good for firefighters. it's switching from southwest to north again and means you will see a little more smoke. the general area it's moving is west. we expect the wind to shift and see it shift to the sierra nevada and expect to see a change late in thing hours. >>> a fire in moraga appears to be in control. showing how close homes from buckingham drive. a block from the high school and the valley shopping center, if you're familiar with the area. kitty. >> we have a positive update for you. evacuees should be allowed in their home within an hour. a lot has changed. they were able to hold this line along moraga road. choppers and planes have stopped at this point. along buckingham drive and fortunately no damage tonight even though they were evacuated. sky 7 shows how close the fire came to those homes and they had to use the back yards to access the hillside. it was
