(grant) pam and ken... the homeowner who wants to remain anonymous says... she has never seen the man before. now check out the video... the man strips down to his sneakers... gets into the home-owners shed... and then walks to the front porch where he finally wraps himself in a sheet. there were three women staying at the home... who say at one point he started tapping on the window. the man was reportedly wandering around the property for about an hour. < neighbor: "we have six kids in the house and sometimes they are alone but they know not to open the doors and we do have an 18 year old but it is scary and we definitely don't want that in our neighborhood." >(grant) the homeowner did call police... but by the time they arrived the man was no where to be found. after seeing the video neighbors in the area say they plan to start a neighborhood watch.
