that fire is zero percent contained, it started last night near santa barbara.n see how close that fire came to the road way when we talk about them having to shut down certain parts of the highway so they could fight the fire. that video is a goodexample of why. we do see some white smoke and fire crews trying to create that fire line from keeping it from spreading. 500 firefighters are on the scene. there areabout 35 homes that are threatened and mandatory evacuations order have been issued. you take a look atthat area where it is not decemberly populated. it isfairly near the coast. again, there are some homes and there is a good live look from some of the staging areas. they post all the fire crews and everyone out there. justin railroad activities are in that area being halted because of the fire. that's good for folks to know if they are headed down to that area. yes, it is, burning out of control right now, zero percent containment and hundreds of firefighters out there. gusty winds looked like there willbe an issue. looks like the area we are looking at
