something the santa clara valley water district voted on last night. cutback to help us save water here in the south bay for those 2 million customers. one possibility you could see soon, they haven't established this yet, that would be restrictions on how much and when you could water your lawn. for instance, you might only be able to water the law once the sun sets during nighttime, either on odor even days. another way that you could see your being forced to cut back a swimming pool if it needs to be filled or running low on water they might put the kibosh on that until the levels get up. how are they going to enforce this? a couple of ways. one could be fines for violating new water usage rules. for the water company to fine you, they first have to get approval from the puc to put the fine schedule in the plate. that has yet to happen. you could see higher water bills. >> the water providers could put a limitation on water use. if you go ov that use, you could pay a higher price. that's a possibility. >> as i mentioned, the board here at santa clar
