this morning the santa clara county sheriff's office tells us that this alleged peeping at santa clara valley medical centerehind me took place in a non-patient part of the hospital. the man who was under arrest was taken into custody last night. here. his name is frereja ali and the received a tip last week that ali was allegedly peeping on at least one other employee from an outside window looking into a part of the building designated for the security staff and that whoever was inside the building was unaware of ali's presence. it's not clear what ali was looking at, but according to the penal code for the crime that he's been charged with, there was some sort of expectation of privacy, something that he allegedly violated. we're still waiting to hear back from the hospital. one reasonçó the sheriff's offi has released ali's mug shot picture, they are trying to get more information from people who might recognize him and see if there are any other victims. reporting live in san jose, bob redell, nbc bay area news. >> thanks very much. meantime, we're following breaking news out of the north bay right now
