let's take a look, santa rosa seeing crane a couple areas of heavy rain.over santa rosa not too bad right now. rain fall about a 10th of an inch an hour. all water view picture of what's going on, you can see quite a bit of rain fall pushing to the northeast. it is stalled in its southward push. you can see the yellow on your screen indicating heavier rainfall. this will continue over night. the yellow pushing up to the northeast not making its way down to the south. that will change. winds come up picking up as this pushes through. a wind advisory in effect for part of the bay area. we will see gusty winds bay area wide though. the winds will accompany the store, winds of 20 to 30 mi. an hour possibly stronger than that with gusts to 45 mi. an hour. so, this evening 7:00 p.m. we will see the heavy rain moved into the north. after 10:00 we will see a push south of the golden gate.
