the shooting happened on santa rosa avenue. at this point it is unclear if the man was shot inside or outside the restaurant but we know if there were dozens of customers. we interviewed witnesses as well ann's period to be conscious taking over the santa rosa hospital and being treated this morning. no updates from his condition at this point. and another recent shooting, back in december one man was killed, when a teen opened fire in a passing lot. i have not been able to speak with supervisor and at this point no arrests have been made. >>> a man was shot during a robbery attempt and it happened around midnight near 14th avenue. he walked a block to somebody's home told them he had been shot. they took him to the hospital and he is expected to survive. police are still searching for two suspects. >>> an investigation is underway into an early morning house fire in saratoga. they found nobody was home when the fire started just a few hours ago. lorraine is outside -- lorraine is outside the fire with information. >> reporter:
