it happened at north steel and north coast in santa rosa. it looks like a santa rosa crew arrived on scene to prepare the street light that was knocked down, possibly to clear the debris still here on the road. we are hearing from family members overnight that this all started as an auto theft and turned into a high speed pursuit through the streets of santa rosa leaving a man injured and a car in flames. here is what we know so far. sometime after midnight the victims heard a noise outside of their home on rhianna street in santa rosa. when they looked outside, they saw somebody breaking into and stealing their white dodge charger. the car took off and the two men from the home mopped into a vehicle and began tailing the car. the chase took them through the streets of santa rosa reportedly at high speeds. santa rosa police say at times the speeds reached 100 miles per hour. the car owner says they lost sight of the charger but then heard a loud crash. they found that the white dodge charger had crashed into six other vehicles, causing one t

looking from the east bay hills. 75 in santa rosa.. 80 in concord and 75 in livermore. and a beautiful view from sutro tower. we will have above average temperatures for the remainder of the week. slightly cool ever by the weeke by a few degrees. let's take a look at overnight conditions. clear skies with low temperatures mainly in the mid-40s in the inland valleys, and about 51 here in san francisco. and looking ahead, it's going to turn a bit breezy tonight, and the reason for that is this alignment of high pressure offshore, the pressure gradient is producing strong, gusty wind which will be stronger in the hills of the north bay and east bay. about midnight or so, we'll see winds up around 23 miles per hour in napa. during the overnight hours, winds in the hills rather strong. let's take a look at our wind concerns before the winds diminish tomorrow. mainly north bay and east bay hills will be affected by the strong gusty winds. and of koscourse that increases fire danger. as we look at tomorrow's high, it's going to be a warm day
