santa rosa police break up a huge side show friday night. they say around 200 people were blocking the intersection. >> and west avenue in sebastopol road. police on scene made more than trip 50 traffic stops in issued nearly 20 citations. officers also told 6 vehicles and arrested 4 people. >> in the east bay, one person had to be rescued after a car flipped over in oakland. police say it happened on 35th avenue and jordan road just before 2 this afternoon. this is video of the incident from the citizen app. opd received several calls reporting a person being trapped inside. oakland fire were able to safely remove them from the vehicle. they were uninjured. the cause of the crash is under investigation. this week is the start of national child passenger safety week. the national highway traffic safety administration says nearly half of car seats. 46 1% are being misused. state law says all children under the age of 2 are required to ride in a rear-facing car seat unless the child is 40 pounds or 40 inches tall or more children, 8 and older

quintana has the story from santa rosa. santa rosa is expecting about 1.5 to 2 inches of rain over just the next few days. that isn't any cause for major concern, but fire officials are paying close attention to this burn scar. the site of the 2020 glass fire glass fire above santa rosa burn hot. um it wiped out a lot of our canopy trees brush and nothing in some areas has grown back. and so for us that creates a challenge and a concern because it allows the water to essentially sheet off the hill and not absorbed into the soil. the national weather service has said. there is minor potential in this area for small mudslides and localized flooding, especially near the hill of that burn scar. the burn scar definitely causes some issues last year with a lot of flooding a lot of water that came off that hill. um so this will be the first test of that hillside this season, but paul lowenthal was santa rosa fire says so far sunday morning, there hadn't been enough rain to cause any issues downtown. the rain was on and off, mainly

a lot of folks felt it up in the santa rosa area on the rogers creek fall. there was a 4.4.s is the shake map. i think you're probably familiar with it, and it's based on what people actually felt. right so it's these are people call in? so this is how it felt it felt weak to those in purple. it felt pretty strong right under downtown santa rosa, and then i didn't you see no severe there, but you do see some weak out by bodega bay. some week down in marin county and all the way into san francisco. you see some weak shaking light shaking around it kind of looks like out by mill valley and those areas. so you see the extent of this. this particular earthquake is considered a small earthquake, but it's real close to moderate earthquake. it's just just in the very barely in the small category. these are the highs from today, highs are just trending down compared to last week were so much happier that we have these milder cooler. weather pattern, not just whether numbers but whether pattern it's going to stay with us through this entire week. fog at the coast fog around the bay .
