santa rosa. good morning, sara. >> hey, good morning. that's right. santa rosa city council working to push forward this sideshow ordinance which would give the police department to be able to cite in arrest. people involved were talking about anybody involved, even if you're just standing on the side watching taking videos or if the driver and passenger or the person who organized the sideshow, you will be arrested or cited that is if this ordinance passes. let's take a look at video. i mean, it's gotten so bad that the city of santa rosa saying we need to do something to crack down there saying it's happening far too often, especially in the last couple of years. sideshows include hundreds of people showing up to watch cars drifting in doing burnouts and donuts. they're usually held several times a month in santa rosa at night on city streets or parking lots. the police chief says sideshows will not be tolerated. and the new ordinance is a tool that would deter that type of dangerous behavior from happening center is city council revisit and discuss this ordinance on october. 25th. and if they decide to approve it, it will go into effect november. 25th, i'm
