it's nice an awesome here in san jose across the street from valley fair westfield shopping mall, santana row just up the street here bloomingdale's over here behind me there's a home depot in a costco up the street here all of these businesses and then some can expect to be paid a visit by a new business compliance going forward let's take a look at some video here of various businesses across town. the county health department says it has been hearing a lot of reports of crowding of overcrowding at many of these businesses the businesses are not complying with the county health order of limiting capacity to 25%. beginning on thursday these business compliance teams will be fanning out across the city and they will be ready to issue citations and keep in mind in the past many of these businesses are allowed a grace period of 72 hours to come into compliance and then the fine will be waived all that goes away affective on thursday when these businesses are going to be fine on the spot. all of this coming as covid cases are rising hospitalizations up 88% here. the county health officer doc
