i would love to see a sao paulo consensus. but i'm not sure we see that today. in the past we had new ideas in terms of economic development. do we see -- i would love to see latin america come to the world and show a different type of economic growth, a different type of model for sustainable growth. do you see that happening? are there debates? >> i mean, i think the rest of the countries in south america would probably balk at the idea of a sao paulo consensus.
