i think you're underperform still at 120. >> yes, sara. be tough to pass, and, you know, the math is relatively straight forward. you have to get a majority of votes of shareholders that vote, and part of the challenge for tesla is that not everyone votes. the highest voter turnout they've ever had is 63%, a very turnout might be 75%. and of that 75% of the vote, they have to get half of that, and it's certainly possible that the passives will follow the proxy advisers. they're almost 20% of the vote. they're a public, large institution of money managers who have said they're voting against the vote, and so very quickly you see a pretty big no cohort, and so i think mathematically it's going to be a real challenge for the pay package to be approved. now if it's not approved, there certainly could be a further appeals process, but i expect the stock to potentially react negatively. there is a concern that elon musk would become, you know, less engaged. he's pleted -- impollicitly threatened he would be less involved. >> we'll talk more this

sara, what are you finding out? >> keep in mind that just pulled up. but we've had several crews here at this fire following the latest talking with cal fire. we do know that they've made significant progress in putting the flames out next step out the way just you can see exactly what they're working with behind us. you can scorched land and several hot spots that they're working to put out and that smoke smoldering there. you can see the crews in there as well. we're told that this fire is now 60 acres and they have 50% contained, as i said, major progress. and that's all do to them attacking it from the air and ground or a cruise down on the ground as well. this fire is 7 miles north of saint helene of firefighters. >> have been working to strengthen containment lines. they've actually stopped forward progress. so that is good news. that one point they were saying, you know, this is threatening nearby structures. so they have an evacuation warning in effect and they haven't said anything about any homes or buildings destroyed yet, but we're waiting
