i'm sara eisen. -- sara caldwell. that's our top story at noon. you, the voters will decide who you want to see on the billion lot. lisa robinson is live at the polling site in east baltimore with a look at voter turnout. >> it is a beautiful day outside but not helping turnout baltimore city. most of the people you see in here are squdges and very few people are actually at the voting machines. for the most part the state board of elections reports no widespread problems. they did have some late openings and instances where judges did not show up. there are some 319,000 registered democrats and republicans in baltimore city. the city board of elections says turnout has been extremely low in the city. by 11:00 a little over 15,000 people voted, up from 6,000 this morning. considering the number of contested races in this city, this is disappointing. >> this is unbelievable. it's, just seems to be a lot of folk are either fed up with the process. a lot of people seem to be not happy with status quo. you know, but my thing is you just need to vote.
